How to disassemble flour sifter?

When we use the sifter frequently, we need to thoroughly clean the sifter. So it is necessary to disassemble flour sifter. The vibrating screen used in a good flour machine is made of stainless steel, which has low noise, high efficiency, rapid net change only 5 minutes. And the screen as one of the wearing parts, it is easy to damage after a long time, generally replace the screen. We shows how to disassemble the flour sifter as follows:

Preparation:

Before disassembly, make the following preparations:

Prepare required tools, such as hammers, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
Check whether the screen of the thresher works normally to avoid problems.
Make sure the machine stops running and disconnect the power supply to ensure safety.
Second, disassembly steps

Disassemble the screen box:

Use a wrench to unscrew the screws on the screen box and remove the screen box easily.
Remove the screen frame: Use a wrench to unscrew the screws on the screen frame and remove the screen frame.
Remove the screen: Remove the screen in the screen frame, tap the screw with a hammer in the counterclockwise direction, loosen the spiral connector, and remove the screen. Loosen the screw of the mesh ring that needs to be replaced, remove the upper frame, open the sealant ring, remove the mesh bar, and remove the broken fine mesh.
Clean the screen: Soak the removed screen in the cleaning liquid, clean it, and clean the debris in the screen frame.
Reinstall: Clean screen new stainless steel vibrating screen mesh spread to the top, reinstall to the screen frame. Next, stretch the ring. Next, tighten the ring. Match the lock ring connector counterclockwise, install the screen frame into the screen box, and tighten the screws. Cut off excess mesh and turn over onto the mesh bar. Then, tighten with a U-shaped strip. Next, put the top frame back in place, put the ring back on the screen, use a soft hammer to evenly beat around the ring, tighten the ring copper nut. If the mesh and punching plate are removed during the mesh change process, it must be noted that the punching plate must be truly embedded in the groove on the bottom of the mesh. If the master network is damaged, it can be repaired by itself, and if it cannot be repaired, it can be returned to the company for maintenance. It is recommended that users prepare a set of master network (network frame) for urgent needs.

How to install the screen :

1. Flatly lay the screen over the ring: Lay the screen flat and stretch on the fixator and fix the screen on the fixator.

2. Mop the glue evenly onto the net rack ring: mix 504 glue, to clean the frame and wipe 504 glue on the frame evenly.

4. To push down the screen on the net holder to make it tightly: Put the screen down, to let it touch the frame, please notice to put on the upright position.

5. Put on the clip, please notice not to screw tight:

6. Please screw tight every screw, until the screen strain, wait the glue dry totally, then loosen the fixator. Polish corner of the screen then install it on the machine.

Third, precautions

In the disassembly process, pay attention to safety to ensure that the machine is not in operation.
Before disassembly, check whether the screen of the thresher works normally to ensure that there are no problems.
When disassembling, follow the steps. Do not disassemble randomly.
When cleaning the screen, be careful not to damage the screen.
When reinstalling the screen, ensure that the anti-clockwise direction matches the lock ring connector.
In short, in the process of disassembling the screen of the flour mill thresher, we must pay attention to safety, careful and meticulous, and follow the steps.

Grinding machine sieve is difficult to remove how to do

1, clean with water: Put the screen of the grinding machine into clean water for a period of time to soften it, and then forcibly disassemble it.
2, the use of oil: the oil is applied around the sieve, the lubrication of the oil can make it easier to disassemble.
3, the use of tools: the use of tools, such as wrenches, pliers, etc., to remove the sieve, but it should be noted that it should not be excessive force, so as not to cause the sieve deformation or damage.
4, the use of cleaning agents: use some cleaning agents, such as dish soap, alcohol, etc., to clean the sieve, so that it is easier to disassemble.

When need to change the Screen:

In the flat screen of the wheat flour mill, the powder screen is prone to wearing out. During production, it’s essential to frequently monitor the number of gluten stars in the powder. If the increase in gluten stars is not due to raw material or operational factors, it indicates screen damage. In such cases, equipment inspection and replacement should be conducted promptly during daily maintenance.

When processing hard wheat in the grinding machine, the material’s good fluidity may cause an increase in gluten stars in the powder, necessitating densification of the powder screen’s sifting surface. Conversely, when handling soft wheat, the sieve holes of the powder screen should be appropriately widened. If the unscreened net rate of the powder sieve is excessively high, and production quality can still be ensured, relevant powder sieve holes can be increased accordingly.

During high flow operations, screen holes should be adjusted appropriately. In conditions of high air humidity, larger sieve holes should be used in the powder sieve. Higher product accuracy requirements necessitate denser sieves in the powder sieve, resulting in lower output and heavier loads on middle and back equipment.

If there are more bran stars in the powder after drying, the sieve surface of the powder sieve can be fully or partially encrypted as necessary. Adjusting the sieve size can also help in reducing bran stars.

To accommodate screen surface adjustments, the factory should have an ample supply of spare screen grids compatible with the screens in use. The number of spare screen surfaces should equal or exceed the total number of powder screens in the plant. To meet adjustment needs, screens with different screen numbers from the current screen surface should be appropriately stocked.

Flour processing often requires adjustments in the screening surface of the grading screen and powder screen due to changes in raw materials, climate, product quality, and operational requirements. Besides modifying mill operations, adjusting the grading screen and fine screen surfaces of the skin grinding screen by replacing screen surface grids with denser or thinner screens can help adapt the flow of various products in the process.

For example, replacing the screen of the 1B grinding screen grading screen from 30W to 34W can increase the flow rate of 1P (wheat residue) while reducing the flow rate of 2P (semolina). To ensure screen adjustments meet process requirements, it’s advisable to first use the flour inspection screen per flow adjustment requirements and determine the appropriate screen through screening tests.

Our Factory located in Jiangsu Province, very near to Shanghai, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport, we pick you up and take you by car 2 hours ride, can reach our factory, welcome your visit.

WHAT’S YOUR BEFORE & AFTER SERVICE ?

1) Before your purchasing, we need to know your detail request, such as what kind of material you want to grind and mixing, what final product powder or granule you want to reach. Because different material and powder sizes request of different machine to do. We can provide professional advice and rich experience help to choose machine. Most of the products we have already did before for other customer, trail test or run mass production, so we knows which machine is best in performance of grinding and mixing. This is of very importance in helping you choose the right model. We also wish this can help our customer a lot. Even the material we didn’t do before, we will prepare the same material and to do the trail test and send video to you for your reference.
2) One Year guarantee of machine quality. If the machine have problem within one year, we will send you the spare parts to you for replacement, but this not including the damage caused by human causes. We also have 24 hours on line guide for customer, if you have operation difficulty, we will guide by video and on line communication with our engineer for your emergency debug.
3) For small machine, we sell with whole machine, it’s no need to install, and easy to operation, no problems for operation. While for large machine, its’s also not difficult to install with video guideline, but if you need, we can assign our technicians to go abroad, the round ticket, food and residents will be paid by customer.

HOW ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT TERM?

Our payment term is T/T. 50% payment in advance, rest of 50% payment finish before the goods shipped. When we finish the machine production we will do trail test and run the machine take videos for your green light. You pay the rest of 50% payment then.
