What is a granulating machine?

A granulating machine is an industrial device used to shape powdered or granular raw materials through the application of pressure and friction to form uniform or solid particles. The working principle of the granulating machine typically involves placing raw materials into a rotating container, where the force of rotation and friction gradually brings the raw materials together. During the aggregation process, the granulating machine applies pressure to form solid particles from the raw material. Additionally, a certain amount of lubricant or binder is often added to assist in the formation of solid particles.

It subtly joins with different screens and mixing blades through a transmission mechanism to pelletize wet materials by pressing and shaping granules, and to grind and shape dry materials into granules. In pressing and pelletizing, the screen acts as a stator and the mixing blade as an impeller, while pressure is produced during rotation to continuously extrude the wet materials out of the screen holes, continuously granulating the wet materials into column-like granules, featuring consistent quality, minimal fine powder, and reduced moisture absorption.

The principles of dry shaping granules are the same as mentioned above; it only requires changing special screens and mixing blades. The granules are characterized by uniformity, minimal fine powder, and smooth flow. In wet shaping granules, the mixing blade acts as a stator and the screen as an impeller. The centrifugal force is produced as the screen rotates at high speed to extrude small granules out of the lower screen holes.

This process prevents smaller granules from being damaged by external forces into fine powder, while larger granules move to the top of the screens and are extruded out of the screen holes after being shaped into small granules. This results in finely shaped granules with minimal fine powder, loose construction, and ease of drying.

Granulation is the process of forming larger multi-particle entities, known as particles, from one or more powder particles through compression and/or the use of a binder. In this process, the primary powder particles are bonded together.

Even the material we didn’t do before, we will prepare the same material and to do the trail test and send video to you for your reference.
2) One Year guarantee of machine quality. If the machine have problem within one year, we will send you the spare parts to you for replacement, but this not including the damage caused by human causes. We also have 24 hours on line guide for customer, if you have operation difficulty, we will guide by video and on line communication with our engineer for your emergency debug.
3) For small machine, we sell with whole machine, it’s no need to install, and easy to operation, no problems for operation. While for large machine, its’s also not difficult to install with video guideline, but if you need, we can assign our technicians to go abroad, the round ticket, food and residents will be paid by customer.

HOW ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT TERM? 

Our payment term is T/T. 50% payment in advance, rest of 50% payment finish before the goods shipped. When we finish the machine production we will do trail test and run the machine take videos for your green light. You pay the rest of 50% payment then.
