Swing Granulator Meaning:

Swing Granulator Application:

Swing Granulator Structure

  • 1, the main body: the fuselage is an independent rectangular cylinder, which is equipped with a closed bearing seat connected with the powder bucket, the powder bucket extends to the body.
  • 2, particle manufacturing device: rotating cylinder lying in the powder bucket below, the bearing support before and after, it is driven by the rack, for reverse rotation, the front bearing cover of the end face is active, installation and disassembly, as long as the screw a wing nut, bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted, placed at both ends of the drum with convex square rings.
  • 3, gearbox: the use of worm gear transmission, the box can store oil, the box has a mirror to observe the operation and oil storage, worm gear outside the end, equipped with eccentric shaft, drive the rack for reciprocating movement.
  • 4, screen clamp pipe: the device is on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipe, there is a long groove in the middle, both ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, the rotating flower-shaped hand wheel will wrap the screen on the outer circle of the rotating drum, the hand wheel is supported by the gear, the tension can be adjusted.

    Swing Granulator Working Principle

    The principle of swing granulator is mainly based on the interaction of mechanical vibration, gravity, centrifugal force and inertial force, as well as the cutting, grinding and shearing of materials. Specifically, the swing granulator forces the material through the screen into particles through the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum. In this process, the material is subjected to the following forces;

    Mechanical vibration.

    The vibration force generated by the vibration motor is transmitted to the suspension device, and then transmitted to the inside of the vibration screen frame, so that the raw material has a complex interaction, including gravity, centrifugal force and inertia force.

    The force of gravity.

    Inside the oscillating screen frame, the material is subjected to gravity, causing the heavier particles to fall downward, while the lighter particles remain in the upper part of the particle layer.

    Centrifugal force action.

    The centrifugal force caused by vibration can change the viscous liquid raw material into particles at a specific vibration frequency, and the size and shape of the particles can be controlled by adjusting parameters.

    Inertial force action.

    The inertial force generated by the raw material in the process of vibration, its direction is opposite to the direction of vibration, so that the raw material forms continuous collision and deformation in the screen frame, and finally forms particles.
    In addition, the structure of the swing granulator usually includes the body, the swing mechanism, the lubrication system and the transmission system, etc., of which the swing mechanism is the core part, which is composed of the swing shaft, the swing plate, the granulation wheel and so on. Under the rotating action of the rocking shaft, the swinging plate does reciprocating movement, so that the material continues to roll, break and condense on the swinging plate to form particles of a certain size. The granulation wheel plays the role of fixing the particles and increasing the stability of the particles.

    Swing Granulator Design

    The two ends are consistent with the inner and outer ring speed of the die disk, and there is no dislocation friction between the wheel and the die, which reduces the resistance, reduces the kinetic energy loss, and extends the service life of the die, which is a major difference with similar compression molding equipment. It adopts the screw center pressure regulating mechanism, the mold gap is large and small, suitable for different materials, to ensure the pressing effect. Its press wheel adopts large body and wide groove, pressure and wear resistance, the press wheel adopts multiple uniform cloth, stable operation, while increasing the pressing area, improving the production efficiency. Wood chips, straw compression molding needs a lot of pressure, in the same kind of granulation, pressing block, rod making equipment, the press wheel component is the central part of the entire equipment. “Cone wheel flat die” has the advantage of arbitrarily increasing the pressure wheel is not comparable to other equipment, such as the ring model granulator due to the diameter of the ring die, the pressure wheel can not increase, resulting in the pressure wheel bearing chamber becomes smaller, the assembled bearing does not have a strong ability to withstand pressure, and the bearing damage leads to the disadvantage of three stops and two rest of the equipment.
